Please be aware there have been issues with populating the prelist of employees on the April/May SPLIT HOURS report. If that occurs for you, please use the April report to submit any split rate hours. Both the April report and the May report populate the full prelist of employees.
All reports are due by 6/15/2025, 11:59pm. If submitted after that date and time, the contributions will not disperse to employees until the following month and late fees will be assessed.
