If you need information about your benefits, a statement from the Fund for attesting to your monthly benefit amounts, or beneficiary information you will need to contact the Fund Office at 800-521-5822 or via email at Teresa@iuepension.org. How to Log In Username: Your username will be the first initial of your first name followed by the first 4 letters of your last name followed by the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
For example, if your name is John Smith and your SSN is 123-45-6789, your username will be JSMIT6789. Password: Your initial password will be your date of birth in MMDDYY format.
For example, if you were born on January 22nd, 1960, your password will be 012260. We encourage you to change your password after your initial login.
