From the Pension Fund Trustees

To ensure that you receive the full benefits to which you are entitled under the Plan, and to assist the Fund Administrative Office in keeping correct records of your participation in the Plan, please notify the Fund Administrative Office promptly if you think there are any mistakes in the record of your hours worked in Covered Employment. The Fund Administrative Office will report to you semi-annual hours for which contributions have been received on your behalf for work in Covered Employment as reported by contractors pursuant to their obligations under Local No. 777 Collective Bargaining Agreement. You should also notify the Fund Administrative Office whenever: you change your home address, you wish to change your beneficiary, you marry, or you obtain a divorce or legal separation.
