Why can't I login?
If you are trying to access your account with your BlueCross BlueShield of Michigan ID # or MFW#, these credentials are no longer valid and you need to re-register your account using the self-registration process.
If you already registered your account, your username is the email address you registered with and your password is the one that you created. If you can't remember your password, you may want to try the 'forgot password' button located on the login page.

What if I don't I have an email address?
A valid email address is required to register for an online account, as this will be your username. If you do not have an email address, you can create an email address for free through Google, Microsoft Outlook or any other email web hosting services that you may prefer.

Why do I have to give you all of my personal information?
We take the protection and privacy of your personal information very seriously. In order to make sure we don't let just anyone have access to your perusal health information, we need you to validate your personal information with our system to ensure we link the correct account to you.

I already have an account, why do I have to re-register?
All participants accessing our website after 4/1/19, are required to re-register using the self-registration process. The self-registration process is intended to improve your online experience and will make logging into our website much easier, while remaining as secure as ever.

My account has been locked, what should I do?
After 4 unsuccessful login attempts, your account will be locked. After 15 minutes, your account will be unlocked. Once your account is unlocked, you can choose to login again or reset your password.
