During the COVID-19 pandemic the fund office remains committed to providing you the best customer service possible. While this outbreak has slowed some of our services such as mail handling and in person meetings we will continue to answer all phone calls and emails as we receive them. The Trustees of Local 25 Health and Welfare Plan are pleased to provide Participants and all of their eligible dependants with an excellent healthcare plan for regular doctor visits, hospital room and board, surgical, outpatient care and prescription drugs. In addition this comprehensive plan provided coverage for disability, life insurance and Healthcare Reimbursement accounts. Coverage for dental, eye examinations and glasses is also available to our members. We are equally proud of the Pension and Retirement Savings Plan available to our members.
Our healthcare and pension funds are paid by the employer and administered by joint trusteeship between the members and the contractors. This provides for quality service and benefits. Local 25 Health & Welfare Trustee’s continue to keep pace with the ever-changing welfare needs of our members and their families.

This website includes information and tools regarding benefits plan descriptions and policies, coverage, cost and links to our participating providers. Also included are forms for enrollment in healthcare and the 401(k) savings plan, change of address or phone, changes of tax withholding, pension application and change of direct deposits for pensions.
