Employers report hours credited for the previous month by the 15th day of the current month

- What should I do if there is a discrepancy with my eligibility information?
If the hours reported by your employer to TeamstersCare on your behalf are incorrect, please contact your employer directly.

- What are my username and password?
It’s a good idea to keep the information in a handy place as you will need it each time you log into the check eligibility website. If you lose your password, the website can email another one to you at your registered email address. The email will be sent by “isite”. If you lose your username, or username and password, you will need to contact TeamstersCare Member Services:
