Username and Password Information

TeamstersCare has assigned each eligible active member a “username” and “password” combination so that you may avail yourselves of the Check Eligibility feature on our TeamstersCare website. This information was mailed to each member at the address we have on file. Please keep the information in a handy place as you will need it each time you log into the Check Eligibility website. You may change your password to something more individual when you log into the site.

Please note: Newly eligible TeamstersCare members will receive their username and password combination in the mail shortly after submitting all of the necessary enrollment information.

The first time you use the Check Eligibility site, you will need your username, password, and your email address to register. The registration page also asks a security question (there are several to choose from). In the event you forget your password, the website will ask the security question you chose. If answered correctly, a new password will be sent to the email address you first registered with. Please note that the email will be sent from “Isite” not TeamstersCare.
