Your union, U.A. Local 159, along with the participating employers and the Trustees of the Benefit Funds, have worked together to provide you with a comprehensive set of health and pension benefits. The plans described herein cover active employees working in all types of employment under the collective bargaining agreements of U.A. Local 159, as well as qualified retired employees, signatory employers and eligible dependents of all of the above.

This website contains important information about your benefits, as well as the ability to access and download your Fund’s Summary Plan Description booklets, forms, and participant notices. You also have the ability to log into our system to view up-to-date work history, contributions, health and welfare eligibility and hours bank information, and create your own pension estimates.
