Under the Affordable Care Act, we are required to send a notification in a specific format called a Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) explaining the health plan benefits and coverage. ERP Suspended

The benefit week ending date of 11/19/2017 has been suspended due to calls going UNFILLED. If you are an apprentice, you are still eligible to apply for this benefit. All other members will not see a payment for this week ending date.
